I know I've asked you about increasing circulation before and you've mentioned using ginger, cayenne pepper and cinnamon. Are you able to post up here dosages and contraindications etc
I have someone at the moment that broke her ankle 3 years ago and ever since has had cramping and locking of her toes during winter or after swimming ie: drop in temp. Would something like the above work for that?
