I know silica is great for the purpose of resorbing heel spurs. But I'm not always confident proscribing it as I don't know all the conditions of use. Renee are you able to post here the conditions of use so that we all have it as a reference point. ie: uses, contraindications, sources & doses, and anything other info that is pertinent. I would find that very helpful.
