New topic for discussion!

ATUNE has a building focus for providing care in the areas of obstetrics and midwifery. Clients are also seeking pre-conception advice from us and our naturopaths.

Today's discussion is about pelvic instability (including pubic symphysis pain and dysfunction). As an osteopath, there is a noticable difference between clients who have transient pain & dysfunction, and those who struggle to make lasting progress during, and after pregnancy. I would love to hear your stories, and suggestions on how we could work cooperatively to help these clients. Once again, not a scientific presentation, but a general discussion. Dont be shy.

To start, here is a link I have found useful in the past, with many everyday tips to minimise the impact of pelvic instability, as well as ideas on options for further management. There are quite a few links included in this website.
